The risks of MHT are widely overstated and often eclipse the many ways systemic hormones can benefit a woman’s health and quality of life in perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. Despite widespread benefits, less than 7% of women currently take systemic hormone therapy.

Systemic Menopause Hormone Therapy (MHT) is NOT one-size-fits-all. We each need individualized care, which often starts with knowing our own risks and benefits of MHT and advocating for ourselves.

There are few better doctors to teach us these facts than Dr. Mary Jane Minkin. Dr. Minkin is one of the country's foremost experts in this pivotal phase of a woman’s reproductive life and a practicing gynecologist. Some of the topics she will discuss include: the many ways perimenopause and menopause can impact our bodies, emotions, and health; myths and realities about  turn on the lightSystemic Menopause Hormone Therapy; what symptoms it can prevent and treat; and how to find the care you need and deserve.

Whether you are before, during, or after the menopause transition, you won’t want to miss this Talk. Please bring your questions or share them in advance at Slido.
