About the Speakers

Dr. Lia Gass Rodriguez
Dr. Lia Rodriguez is a board-certified pediatrician and healthcare executive dedicated to transforming healthcare through innovation, clinical excellence, and strategic partnerships. With a deep commitment to improving generational health, she advances solutions that enhance outcomes while making care more accessible and affordable.
Dr. Rodriguez most recently served as Vice President of Clinical Strategy at CVS Health, where she advanced clinical strategy across payor and pharmacy benefit solutions, leveraging data, technology, and evidence-based practices to improve the healthcare experience, optimize resources, and drive meaningful cost savings. Earlier in her tenure at CVS, she served as Chief Medical Officer at ActiveHealth, leading clinical programs at the intersection of data analytics and care management. She also held leadership roles as Senior Medical Director at Aetna Clinical Quality and Medical Director at Aetna Better Health. Prior to CVS, she led utilization management at Texas Children's Health Plan and served as Medical Director of Pediatrics for the largest Federally Qualified Health Center in Houston, where she worked to expand access to high-quality care for vulnerable populations.
Dr. Rodriguez earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and her medical degree from the University of Miami, followed by a pediatric residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital. She resides in Houston, Texas, with her husband and daughters, and remains deeply committed to shaping a healthcare system that better serves families and communities.

Jannine Versi
Jannine Versi is the CEO and Co-Founder of Elektra Health, a virtual menopause care provider. Jannine has spent over a decade working at the intersection of healthcare and technology. Previously, Jannine was on the founding team at Cityblock Health, a value-based primary care organization. She held leadership roles at Google and in the Obama Administration. Jannine graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Business School. She lives in Brooklyn, New York with her husband and three children.
