Noticing changes in your body, your weight, or your metabolism that weren't there before? Wondering why the strategies that worked in your 30s are failing you now?

You're not imagining it. Hormonal shifts of perimenopause and menopause have a real, measurable impact on metabolism, weight distribution, and cardiometabolic health. Join Dr. Rekha Kumar – an internationally recognized leader in obesity medicine and endocrinology – for a one-hour conversation grounded in the latest science on how to support your metabolic health, manage your weight, and nourish your body through this transition.

This talk is for anyone navigating midlife body changes and trying to separate evidence-based guidance from the noise of fad diets and conflicting advice. Join us for a practical, science-based discussion on:

  • How declining estrogen affects cardiometabolic health, including cholesterol, blood sugar, and heart disease risk
  • Why body composition shifts during menopause, and what's actually happening under the surface
  • The foundational lifestyle habits every woman in menopause should consider, from nutrition to movement to sleep to stress management and beyond
  • What GLP-1 medications are, how they work, and how to know if they’re right for you

Leave feeling informed and empowered to make confident, evidence-based decisions about your metabolic health in menopause.

Note: If you’re unable to attend live, we will share a video replay of the talk with anyone who has RSVP’d.
