Those of us who know what it’s like to count ceiling cracks at 3:00 a.m. know that poor sleep impacts everything. Join us as sleep–medicine-expert, Dr. Shelby Harris, demystifies menopausal sleep issues and breaks down evidence-based strategies that you can begin implementing as soon as tonight.
Note: If you’re unable to attend live, we will share a video replay of the talk with anyone who has RSVP’d.
